Income Guidelines
ARCH homes will be available for application on a first come first serve basis at a 50% annual median income (AMI) limit. Please visit ARCH at archhousing.org/income-guidelines and match your household size to the correct income limit.
Screening Criteria
All applicants will need to pass our screening criteria and provide 2 years of a tax returns and 90 days of pay stubs to income qualify.
Active Construction Site
Please do NOT visit Eatrail Flats' active construction site. Applications are available on a first come first serve basis online only using an "Apply Now" link below.

ARCH Floorplans
Thank you for your interest in an ARCH home at Eastrail Flats. Pre-leasing of ARCH homes is now avalable for application with move-ins starting June 2025.
